As per NBEMS guidelines, the stipend for DNB/Diploma students shall be provided during the training period. The exact amount will be in accordance with the prevailing norms of the State Government.

Semi-Furnished hostel accommodation is provided to DNB students on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to students from out of station. Hostel facility is not guaranteed.

 Upon successful completion of the DNB program, students are given preference for placement within Jeevan Rekha Hospital. Placement decisions are based on merit, and vacancies in various specialties will be made available to qualified graduates. Additionally, the hospital provides networking opportunities and career guidance to help students in securing positions in hospitals and healthcare organizations.
