Prior permission is required for absence, and parental signatures are needed for leave. Missing an hour result in half-day absence, and return to class is only allowed after leave approval. Prompt leave applications are required for unforeseen absence, and medical certificates are mandatory for sickness-related absence. Absence over three days requires a parent meeting, and no leave is granted for monthly tests or internal exams. A minimum of 75% attendance is required for university exams, and mass bunking or class abstention is not allowed.

Handle medical equipment responsibly and with care. Report any malfunctions promptly. Use equipment for its intended purpose and follow safety guidelines during use. Work only on assigned instruments, and do not write on walls or instruments. Register credentials before operating equipment & follow shut down procedure of the instruments correctly.

Library hours : 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days.
Follow library rules, sign in at the gate register, borrow books according to your academic year, and return books on time; fines are applicable for delays. ID cards are non-transferable, and the librarian can recall books at any time. Handle books with care; replacement for damage. Marking or annotating books is prohibited, and renewals are not allowed after two weeks. The library is closed during vacations, and all borrowed books must be returned before the vacation starts. Maintain silence and decorum inside the Library.
